This major LAQ event encourages and allows athletes to compete in track and field teams and is by far the most popular of our Association Days both from a competition and spectator basis.
Eligibility & Nomination
Centres process all nominations.
> LAQ Summer Centre U9 – U17 athletes; qualifying in 1st – 3rd placed teams from the Regional Relays.
+ Qualifying athletes must advise their Centre Committee if they are not able to participate as soon as possible.
+ Declaration of Nominations are emailed to Centres.
> LAQ Winter Centre and Central Coast U9 – U17 athletes; have the opportunity to direct nominate teams.
Maximum of three (3) teams per event per Region.

> LAQ registered and classified U9 – U17 multi-class athletes have the opportunity to direct nominate teams.

All competing athletes must wear the approved LAQ Centre uniform.
Fees & Closing Dates
Person(s) submitting nominations to LAQ must ensure fees are paid (without invoice) by the advertised closing date. Failure to do so may incur penalties.

Nomination Fees: $16.00 per track team and $8.00 per field team
