| This major LAQ event encourages and allows athletes to compete in track and field teams and is by far the most popular of our Association Days both from a competition and spectator basis. |

| Eligibility & Nomination |
| Centres process all nominations. |
- LAQ Summer Centre U9 – U17 athletes; qualifying in 1st, 2nd 3rd placed track teams and 1st or 2nd placed field teams from the Regional Relays.

- Qualifying athletes must advise their Centre Committee if they are not able to participate as soon as possible.
|
- Declaration of Nominations are emailed to Centres.
|
- LAQ Winter Centres U9 – U17 athletes; have the opportunity to direct nominate teams. Maximum of three (3) teams per event per Region.
