Join us on Saturday, 26th October at the SAF, Nathan, Brisbane for the Summer Carnival—a fantastic event designed for U9 – U17 athletes to experience the excitement of a large-scale competition in a relaxed, fun environment. This carnival is all about enjoying a great day of athletics, meeting new friends, and celebrating participation.
Athletes from all LAQ Centres will contribute points towards the Centre Weighted Points Trophy, building team spirit and camaraderie throughout the day.
One of the highlights of the event is the Summer Carnival 100m Gift Races! Athletes placing first in their age group (U9 – U17) will have the chance to compete in a special handicapped race, where starting distances are based on each competitor’s 100m times—no qualifications needed!
