Nominees for the merit award must have given a minimum of eight years’ service at Centre level.  This involvement should clearly demonstrate a commitment to furthering the growth and development of their Centre.  They should have been involved at Centre Committee for at least three years and have had regular involvement at Association competitions.  

No one can deny Nicole’s passion for Little Athletics. She has surpassed 15 years of service to Gold Coast Centre and South Coast Region and is always willing to help wherever needed to make things happen. Her kindness and constant willingness to help anyone is always noticed, acknowledged and often rewarded by parents and athletes. She has spent the past 12 years on the Gold Coast Committee, including 6 years as Centre Manager and 12 years as the Officials Officer. She heavily promotes the benefits of parents getting involved and fosters the family values of Little Athletics.
