Details:            A Seminar facilitated by Lisa Colquhoun is offered to Race Walking Judges (LAQ & Region) for their personal development in Race Walk Judging.  Non LAQ members are required to pay $15.00 for participation in the Seminar.  Cash or EFT or credit card payments can be made.

Lisa Colquhoun & Steve Langley are offering U9 – U17 athletes skills and drills, athletes walk through sessions, providing feedback.  Parents and Coaches of Race Walking athletes are encouraged to participate as observers.  All athletes participate free of charge

1130 – 1230      Athletes Skills and Drills Session
1230 – 1245      Lunch Break
1245 – 1315      Athletes Run (walk) throughs
1315 –                   Break chat and track prep
1330 – end         Timed and judged races (700m, 1100m & 1500m)
